4Front Theatre is looking for a Children and Education Officer
The Children and Education Officer’s primary areas of work will include the organisation, development, and administration of 4Front Theatre’s work with children and families. This will mainly be through the organisation of our Primary school tours which often include some public performances.
This role will also involve continuing and developing relationships with new and existing schools and other contacts and stakeholders in relation to our family productions, Christian organisations, grant organisations and freelancers, as well as maintaining and developing new and existing plans and processes to further the mission of 4Front Theatre.
Although the primary and most important task will be in organising tours, for the right candidate there is flexibility to include some Creative work including performing and developing resources that go alongside our productions, though this would not be a necessary or guaranteed part of the role.

About 4Front Theatre
4Front Theatre are a Christian theatre company who work digitally as well as touring ‘in person’ productions across the UK to Churches, Schools, Theatre, and prisons.
We seek to place faith at the ‘4Front’ of everything we do, thus all our productions are evangelistic at the heart.
We also run a successful YouTube channel – Virtual Sunday School which creates fortnightly content for children and families to engage with God at home. As part of Virtual Sunday School we also run in person family services at Churches and a family camp during summer.
