Integrity Music is looking for a Marketing Director. This position maximizes consumer engagement and builds strong artist and ministry platforms by guiding and leading the content marketing process for artist-driven music projects (e.g., singles, albums, EPs, specifically in a church worship music setting etc.), ensuring strategic alignment across all aspects of content marketing including the song promotion, digital/streaming, social media, publicity, and radio teams.

The Marketing Director will serve as the primary creator, implementer and overseer of marketing plans and timelines that achieve business objectives for Integrity Music Christian praise and worship products, artists, and projects that directly impact CCLI.  This position is also responsible for communicating marketing plans and progress to internal and external stakeholders including A&R, Publishing, and Production, as well as artists and management.

Strategic Responsibility

The Marketing Director will be a primary representative of Integrity Music to the UK and European Christian community. Building relationships with key ministry leaders, to evaluate potential partnerships or how to re-align our resources to serve the UK and European Church.

  • Create, facilitate and execute Strategic Marketing Brief, driving narrative and storytelling for roster, including public relations and social media platforms.
  • Manage budgets to ensure financial stewardship and fiscal responsibility are observed in the execution of Strategic, Creative & Marketing Briefs. Work in conjunction with supervisor and Integrity Finance Lead to achieve budget accountability with each project
  • Partner with A&R and Visual Comms team to develop engaging content and related assets while being intentional about creating revenue/profitability.
  • Build strategic partnership with amplification or relevant third-party platforms
  • Collaborate with Visual Comms Team and A&R to develop creative briefs that guide designers to create product packaging and marketing collateral aligned with the strategy.
  • Work with A&R, Song Publishing and Streaming team members to identify priority songs and to develop/implement related promotional strategies, integrated within the overall marketing strategy for each artist
  • Create, develop, write and implement marketing strategies and plans designed to efficiently accomplish business objectives specifically as a leader in the praise and worship segment, of Integrity Music’s core business.
  • Serve as an information hub for various company employees, by providing oversight, direction, and project status updates as needed
  • Implement, manage, and monitor progress of all parts of the marketing plan throughout the life of the project
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships as the lead marketing contact with artists and managers; this includes (but is not limited to) proactively scheduling relevant meetings, creating/delivering/discussing project updates, and the developing marketing/promotional assets
  • Manage copy for streaming pitches, promo copy, and other product copy as needed
  • Work as part of a team to evaluate and analyze effectiveness of various marketing and promotional initiatives and make continuous improvements
  • Manage profitable consumer relationships including CRM
  • Work with Integrity team members and leadership to determine if/when outside resources are required


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Will accept equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree.

5-7 years of professional content marketing experience of which 3+ years of experience in the music industry preferred. Christian Music industry experience strongly preferred. They must be adept at organizing/managing projects and meeting timelines.  They should possess a demonstrated ability to translate strategy into effective tactics specifically in the sphere of praise and worship music in a church/ministry environment. Experience with digital advertising, SEO, social media marketing and working with artists/managers highly desirable.  Excellent communications and people skills are a necessity.  Experience with graphic design, HTML and video/audio editing are desirable.

An understanding of the Christian church, worship music, current marketing trends, tools and tactics for effective marketing.

Knowledge and experience with MS Office, the Adobe Creative Suite, and video/audio editing software helpful.
